*Monthly Auto Pay class packages can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 months. No cancellations can be made for the first 3 months. After 3 months you may cancel with 30 days notice prior to your bill date. Cancellations must be in writing via email to contact@basslinefitness.com or certified mail only and you must receive confirmation of receipt. No exceptions. Cancellations will not be effective until you have received written confirmation from Bassline Fitness. No cancellations will be accepted over the front desk.
Monthly Auto Pay and Annual members are allowed 3 holds/freezes a year with a max of 30 days total and a minimum of 7 days to freeze at a time.
All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire one year from purchase unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations: Because of our small class size, it’s important that you cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you don’t, you’ll be charged for the class. For those with monthly or annual memberships, a $15 charge will be added to your account. Late Cancels and No Shows for all classes will be charged a $15 fee ($20 at Pike) if you are on an unlimited membership and loss of a class if you are on a class pack.
If you are on the Wait List it is your responsibility to check the Wait List status and take yourself off the Wait List if you decide you are no longer able to make the class.
Timeliness: Classes require some set-up, so your spot may be given away if you don’t arrive five minutes before the start time.
Please notify the studio if you are running late. We will release your reservation if you are not present at the start of class.
As a reminder there is no saving bikes or treadmills.
