Bassline Fitness is owned by Dave and Angela Fox, a husband-wife team that has owned and operated fitness facilities across the U.S. The Foxes believe workouts should be worth the time and effort — challenging AND fun.
Dave Fox, an instructor and fitness consultant, has owned and operated health clubs and studios built around group fitness since 1995. His first, Gorilla Sports in San Francisco, expanded to six locations across the U.S. He opened Maverick’s Sports Club, an 18,000 SF health club in Portland, Or. He owned and operated two health clubs and two yoga studios with his wife Angela in the Charleston, S.C. area. Eco Fitness was a full service health club and Blue Turtle Yoga was known for offering great yoga classes priced at 50% less than a traditional studio. Dave Fox and his businesses have been featured in such publications as Shape, Self, Allure, Health, Vogue, the Wall Street Journal, Outside magazine and Seattle Magazine, among many others. He opened Bassline Fitness Kirkland along with his wife Angela in 2013. Bassline Fitness was named Best Gym in Western Washington 2015 in King 5’s Best of Western Washington contest and also won the Seattle Magazine’s Readers Choice poll for Best Gym 2015.
Angela Fox, is a fierce but fun co-owner and fitness instructor leading fitness fanatics and everyday people to get strong and lean quickly and effectively through Interval Resistance Training. Angela is a native of Seattle, mother of 3 children and a former professional model who took up running in 2009 and now regularly competes in triathlons and half marathons. Angela helped operate the Charleston clubs, which included the development and operation of a 5,000-square-foot childcare facility that served more than 100 children daily. Angela Fox is a certified Spinning and Barre instructor. She was featured on the cover of Health magazine and in many publications during her 18-year modeling career.
